Julia Davis is a Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Executive Member of Women In Film,[1] member of the Screen Actors Guild, member of the Independent Filmmakers Alliance,[2] and a member of Film Independent.[3]
She is a National Security Expert,[4] an Investigative Reporter, National Security Whistleblower,[5] Producer,[6] Screenwriter[7] and Director in the film and television industry.
As a national security whistleblower,[8] Julia Davis was subjected to acts of retaliation of unprecedented magnitude. While serving as a Customs and Border Protection Officer with the Department of Homeland Security, Julia Davis discovered a breach of national security related to the entry of 23 aliens from terrorist countries into the United States on 4 July. This was a designated "date to watch" of paramount importance to the safety of the U.S. After local port management failed to act on this information, Julia Davis made a formal report to the FBI/JTTF.
When media inquiries were made by the press with respect to Julia Davis' report to the FBI, former CBP Commissioner Robert C. Bonner commenced a campaign of retaliatory investigations against her. Bonner couldn't afford any more media scrutiny, since his incompetence was already exposed in the NASA “Challenger” disaster.[9] In an attempt to avoid the scandal, the full might of the government was unleashed against Julia Davis, her family and witnesses. A Blackhawk helicopter and a Special Response Team were sent to raid the Davis residence.[10]
Warrantless search of the Davis residence lasted longer than the search of Bin Laden's abode. Files found[11] within Osama Bin Laden's compound in 2011 confirmed that 4 July/Independence Day was in fact a date of planned terrorist attacks[12] on the United States, again re-confirming the validity of Julia Davis' official reports to the FBI/JTTF that have been closed with "no action" and without any investigation.
Amidst many shocking acts of retaliation, Hollywood film and television star Brittany Murphy was dragged into this scandal as a witness in the Julia Davis case. Brittany Murphy and her husband, Simon Monjack, were targeted by the same branch of the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement, once Murphy was named as a witness and provided a statement dispelling false claims by the DHS against Julia Davis. DHS/ICE raided Brittany Murphy's home, attempted to deport Simon Monjack[13] and subjected the couple to surveillance by helicopters,[14] wiretaps and other acts of retaliation.
Department of Homeland Security settled lawsuits filed against the agency by Julia Davis and her family. These incredible events were memorialized in a book "Unsafe At Any Altitude"[15] and the complete story was made public for the first time in a documentary film by Fleur De Lis Film Studios, "The Terror Within".[16]
Julia Davis holds a Masters Degree in Aviation and Spacecraft Engineering, she also worked as Angelina Jolie's stunt double.[17] She supports animal charities, frequently attends star-studded functions[18] and is actively involved in many aspects of filmmaking[19] and entertainment industry.
Julia Davis authored the screenplay for the feature film "Forget About It", starring Burt Reynolds, Raquel Welch, Charles Durning, Robert Loggia, Phyllis Diller and Richard Grieco. "Forget About It" won the Best Picture Award at the New Jersey Film Festival. Davis is a contributing writer for the San Diego Reader, Los Angeles Homeland Security Examiner, the Red County[20] and My Tek Life.[21]
Davis is producing and writing the TV series "Whisteblowers - The Untold Stories", featuring sensational stories of American whistleblowers from all walks of life. Julia Davis produced and wrote the teleplay for the TV Series "Medal of Honor", hosted by Burt Reynolds.
As of 2011, Julia Davis is a Vice President of Production of Fleur De Lis Film Studios[22] She is also the CEO of a Los Angeles-based translation/interpreting company, Official Russian Translation.[23]
Julia Davis is working on several books. One of her current literary pursuits is a book, "Until It Happens To You", designed to help government whistleblowers, provide advice for victims of wrongful termination, valuable information for pro se litigants and people unfairly targeted for selective/malicious prosecution.
